These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the NovaSupplier platform, including our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by NovaSupplier, Unipessoal Limitada ("NovaSupplier", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
By registering for an account or using NovaSupplier in any way, users confirm their acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If a user does not agree to these Terms, they should not access the Platform.
NovaSupplier is available only to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activity under a user’s account is their responsibility. Users agree not to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
NovaSupplier charges a commission on successful transactions. Specific fees, including any applicable VAT, are disclosed before a transaction is confirmed. Users agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with their use of the Platform. Payments are processed via Stripe, and by using our services, users also agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.
The Platform may integrate with third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third parties, and use of their services is subject to their own terms.
