We are a knitwear manufacturer located between Guimarães and Vizela, in the heart of Portugal's textile region. Our focus is sustainable production: the fabrics we work with, organic cotton, recycled polyester, linen, silk, wool, modal, lyocell, and elastane, are chosen because they reflect the values of the brands we work with and the direction the industry needs to move.
When a new project starts, we work from the technical sheets or design references you send us. We source the right raw materials, produce a sample, and wait for your approval before moving to production. If the selected fabric is in stock, a sample takes one week. If we need to develop the fabric, allow four weeks. Production runs six to eight weeks after the prototype is confirmed, depending on the complexity of the construction.
Our partnership with Colorifix sets us apart in how we approach color. Colorifix is a biological dyeing technology, it uses organisms to produce pigments rather than conventional synthetic chemistry, which results in a significantly lower environmental impact. For brands positioning themselves on sustainability, this is a meaningful differentiator that goes beyond the fabric itself.
We handle everything from production to the moment your goods leave Portugal. Packaging, hang tags, EAN codes, and shipping by truck directly to your warehouse are all part of what we do. Our minimum order is 300 pieces per color, minimum two colors, a threshold designed to make sustainable European knitwear accessible to brands at different stages of growth.
