White Cotton is a family-run garment manufacturing factory based in Lijó, Barcelos, in northern Portugal. Our family has been making clothes in this region since the late 1980s. White Cotton was established in 2024 as a fresh identity for the same factory, the same people, and the same commitment to quality that has defined our work for three generations.

Everything happens under one roof. Pattern making, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, finishing, and quality control are all done in-house at our Barcelos facility. When you work with us, you speak directly to the people making your garments. No agents, no outsourcing, no surprises.

We produce hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, shirts, jackets, pants, and shorts across 38+ styles, with fabrics ranging from 180 to 1100 GSM. Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units per style per colour, one of the lowest in European manufacturing. We are OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BCI, and ISO 9001 certified.
We work with independent brands, emerging designers, and established labels worldwide. Whether you come with a full tech pack or just a reference photo, we'll get you a quote within 48 hours and a sample within 2 to 6 weeks.

50-75 units per style per colour. This applies across all garment categories, hoodies, t-shirts, shirts, outerwear, and pants. It's one of the lowest MOQs available in European manufacturing.

### What decoration and finishing options do you offer?

We handle everything in-house: embroidery, screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation, 3D puff embroidery, heat transfer, garment dyeing, acid wash, and distressing. No outsourcing to third parties.

### How long does production take?

Quotes are returned within 48 hours. Sample development takes 2 to 6 weeks. Full production runs take 3 to 8 weeks after sample approval, depending on order volume and complexity.
