The facility is built for scale. Automatic cutting technology handles up to 10,000 units per day, with a fabric warehouse capacity of 25,000 kg. Production capacity sits at around 4,000 finished units per day, supported by a full range of sewing machines capable of working across different garment constructions and fabric types, including elastane, viscose, chiffon, and satin.

The process is fully in-house: cutting, make-up, ironing, quality control, and packing are all handled under one roof. Every unit passes through a dedicated quality control team before leaving the facility, and the packaging operation is supported by 10 ironing tables and an industrial natural gas boiler.

Our facility can cut up to 10,000 units per day and produce and pack around 4,000 finished garments per day. Our fabric warehouse holds up to 25,000 kg, supporting continuous production runs without interruption.

We are certified to both GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) standards. These certifications cover both environmental and social compliance throughout our production process.
